Garrett Adelstein (Day 1, Ep 1)
Garrett chose to take the idol clue instead of rice on Day 1. He found the idol immediately. He was voted out on Day 6 (Episode 2) in a 3-2 vote but left the idol at camp. He holds the record for earliest elimination while possessing a Hidden Immunity Idol.

Tony found a clue in the fishing reward and immediately found the idol. He played it on LJ at the merge tribal (Episode 6 'Head of the Snake') in a coordinated move where LJ also played his idol on Tony. Neither received any votes - the votes went to Sarah (5) and Jefra (6), with Sarah being eliminated after Kass flipped.

LJ found the idol during a storm on Day 7 without a clue, searching near the rocks where Morgan was found. He played it on Tony at the merge tribal (Episode 6 'Head of the Snake') in a coordinated move where Tony also played his idol on LJ. Neither received any votes.

Spencer found a clue in his napkin at the Outback Steakhouse reward in Episode 8. Despite Woo stealing the clue and showing it to everyone, Spencer still found the idol. He played it on himself in Episode 10 'Chaos is My Friend' but received no votes - the votes went to Jeremiah instead. Spencer later acknowledged he used it wrong and should have saved Jeremiah. Kass called him selfish for not using it to save Jeremiah.
Tony Vlachos (Day 26, Ep 9)
Tony found this special idol without a clue on Day 26. This 'Tyler Perry Idol' could be played AFTER the votes were read (similar to Survivor: Panama and Cook Islands). Tony never had to play it but used it strategically to intimidate other players. He lied about its powers, falsely claiming it could be used at Final Four when it actually expired at Final Five. He displayed it at tribal councils (including Episode 12) to prevent people from voting against him. Tyler Perry himself said he 'wasn't happy' with how this idol was used. The idol was valid until Final Five.
Tony Vlachos (Day 29, Ep 11)

Tony purchased instructions to find this idol at the Survivor Auction on Day 29. He played it on himself in Episode 12 'Straw That Broke the Camel's Back' at the Final 5 tribal council. He received no votes against him - the votes went to Trish (4) and Kass (1). Trish was blindsided and eliminated by her closest ally Tony. At this tribal, Tony also displayed his special idol to intimidate the others.
