Dan found his first idol on Day 9 after the Goliath tribe's first immunity challenge loss. He revealed it to Kara Kay and Natalia Azoqa. At the merge tribal council (Episode 8 'You Get What You Give'), he played it on Angelina Keeley despite being annoyed with her. Angelina received no votes, making the play unnecessary. John Hennigan was blindsided 3-0 after Davie played his idol on Christian.

Dan found a clue to his second idol at camp on Day 14 and located the actual idol at the immunity challenge on Day 15. He played it on himself at the Day 25 tribal council (Episode 9 'Breadth-First Search'), but Carl Boudreaux's Idol Nullifier negated its effects entirely. Dan was voted out 6-3-2, becoming the first player in Survivor history to have a played idol nullified. He received votes from Carl, Christian, Davie, Gabby, and Nick (who cast two votes via the Vote Steal).

Davie found his first idol on Day 4 at the David camp. He kept it secret for most of the pre-merge. At the merge tribal council (Episode 8 'You Get What You Give'), he made a dramatic play by using it on Christian Hubicki, negating 7 votes against Christian. This blindsided John Hennigan, who was voted out 3-0 after the idol negation. It was one of the most iconic idol plays of the season.
Davie Rickenbacker (Day 32, Ep 11)

Davie found a second idol on Day 32, described as good for only the next tribal council. He had the option to wager his next vote to extend the idol's validity for two more councils but chose not to risk it. He played it on himself at the Episode 11 ('So Smart They're Dumb') tribal council, but received no votes. Gabby Pascuzzi was voted out 2-1 instead.
Nick Wilson (Day 33, Ep 12)

Nick snuck off from camp and found a hidden immunity idol. He played it on himself at the Episode 12 ('Are You Feeling Lucky?') tribal council on Day 35, but received no votes against him. Christian Hubicki was voted out 3-2 instead.
Angelina Keeley (Day 36, Ep 13)
Angelina found a clue and its accompanying ladder on Day 36, though she dropped the clue in the process. She successfully located the idol and kept it for herself. She was motivated in part by the statistic that only 15% of idols had been found by female contestants. She never played the idol and reached the Final Tribal Council where she lost to Nick Wilson in a 7-3-0 vote.

Carl found the Idol Nullifier on Exile Island during the tribe expansion on Day 10, becoming the first castaway in Survivor history to find and use an Idol Nullifier. He revealed it to Nick Wilson after the merge and informed his entire David Alliance on Day 25. At the Episode 9 ('Breadth-First Search') tribal council, Carl deployed it against Dan Rengering, successfully nullifying Dan's Hidden Immunity Idol and resulting in Dan's elimination. This was the first time in Survivor history that an Idol Nullifier was used.

A clue for the Vote Steal could be seen on the table during the merge feast, though no one initially noticed it. Nick later found the actual advantage hidden near a palm tree on Day 21. He used it at the Episode 9 ('Breadth-First Search') tribal council on Day 25, stealing Alison Raybould's vote. Combined with Carl's Idol Nullifier, this helped the David Alliance overcome their numerical disadvantage against the Goliath Alliance and successfully blindside Dan Rengering in a 6-3-2 vote.
