Strategic Assessment
Bob played a low-control, high-survival game defined by challenge dominance and social likability rather than strategic manipulation. After his Onion Alliance was systematically dismantled post-merge, Bob was on the wrong side of four consecutive votes but saved himself by winning three straight individual immunities, crafting fake idols to buy time, and winning the decisive fire-making tiebreaker at Final 4. He won the jury vote 4-3 over Susie largely because the Onion Alliance members on the jury rewarded his loyalty and likability over Susie's perceived coattail-riding.
Signature Move
Crafted two convincingly realistic fake Hidden Immunity Idols on Exile Island, one of which he gave to Randy Bailey who played it at tribal council -- causing Randy's humiliating blindside and cementing Bob's reputation as the craftiest older player in Survivor history.
